Tout était parfait : le Latium est une magnifique région. La villa y est très bien située (proche de Rome et d'autres centres d'intérêts, proche de Sutri et de ses magasins et restaurants, etc.). La villa est sur des hauteurs et offre un magnifique paysage. La villa et ses abords sont bien équipés,, bien agencés, propres et bien entretenus.
De plus, les propriétaires sont très attentionnés tout en étant très discrets.

Die Lage der Villa ist sehr ruhig bis zum nächsten Supermarkt ca.5 min Fahrzeit mit dem Auto
Man muss wissen das die Restaurants in der Umgebung frühestens um 19.00 Uhr geöffnet haben

Super nice villa in a cute area with many nice nearby villages and daytrip destinations. The hosts were fantastic and very helpful! The house, pool and garden was beautiful and have everything you need and is very clean
The only thing we missed was a nice view from the pool and dining table, which we thought we would get from seeing the photos. The view was very nice from the second floor balcony though

We had an amazing stay at Casala la Desdemona. The location is peaceful and scenic — perfect for relaxing after exploring Rome. The house is beautifully designed, very clean, and has all the comforts you need. We especially loved the outdoor areas, private pool and the quiet, natural surroundings.
It’s a great mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. Daila and Alessandro were helpful and responsive, and made everything easy.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a calm, authentic experience just outside the city.
10/10 – would definitely stay again!

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad. Daila is erg gastvrij en doet er alles aan om je het naar de zin te maken.
Vooral de rust en de stilte waren geweldig in combinatie met de mooie tuin, privé zwembad en comfortabele ligbedden. Het was een top week!!

GLYNIS - 10/10 - Agosto 2023 - Beautiful villa and peaceful location
We had a wonderful holiday, quality time with our family and our grandson (age 17 months) loved the pool. The villa was beautiful and cool. Our hosts were lovely and always quick to answer any of our questions they left us breakfast croissants one morning and also mozzarella which was so kind. Would highly recommend this villa we did not want to leave

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Dailas Haus. Trotz tagelanger Rekordhitze lassen sich die Räume dank Klimaanlagen gut runter kühlen. Der Pool war unsere tägliche Rettung und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts konstant sauber gehalten. Die Kommunikation mit Daila war stets freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder
BRIAN 10/10 - Luglio 2018 - Peace and tranquillity in the Italian countryside
We rented the property for 10 days, 5 of which we enjoyed by the pool with all the mod cons for our teenage family. The pool was perfect on a balmy day and eating on the veranda whilst the sun was setting was idyllic. Both Daila and Alessandro were very welcoming hosts who were more than happy to help and who keep a very clean and modern home in lovely surroundings. Lots to see and do around Sutri and beyond from SUP on lake Bracciano to visiting ancient towns and nearby Necropolis. Rome is just over an hour away by train and a fantastic way to see Italy. We couldn’t wait to get back to the Villa and cool off in the pool though and have a game of table tennis. We would definitely recommend the Villa
